Ticket Terms & Conditions

All Trigger Agency produced event tickets are a revocable license allowing access to said exhibition (hereinafter called the “Event”). Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of the Show Management or the Event and will not be replaced.  Session tickets within the Event are limited and are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Onsite tickets, when available, are sold for cash only.  Last call for alcohol is 20 minutes prior to the event ending and last pour is 15 minutes prior.  Advance ticket sales close the Friday before the event date at 5pm or whenever tickets are sold out.  The Event is RAIN or SHINE.

Tickets will NOT be sent to your mailing address.  A ticket will be provided electronically as a .PDF that can be printed.  Tickets must be present via printout and / or handheld device in order to gain entry into the Event.  Also needed to gain entry into the Event is presentation of a valid ID (Driver’s License or other Government Issued form of ID).  All ticket sales are final, upon purchase.   No Refunds. No Exchanges. Tickets are subject to taxes and fees.  For questions concerning your ticket please email [email protected]triggeragency.com.

All ticket holders agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Show Management and the Event, and a violation of such rules and regulations can be cause for termination of the license granted herein, forfeiture of this ticket and the removal from the Event. This ticket cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from the Show Management. Resale of this ticket is not permitted. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket. Trigger Agency reserves the right to revoke this ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein as well as to remove any individuals for including but not limited to intoxication, fighting and/or rudeness without a refund.

Pets are not allowed. All service dogs must register in advance at [email protected] They must also register at the event entrance upon arrival with proper service dog documentation. Ticket holders hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Event, which inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection. Management reserves the right to check all bags and coolers.  There is no guarantee of no lines with the purchase of a ticket.  No outside glassware or alcohol is allowed. All alcoholic drinks must be samples from the tasting glass/cup provided with your ticket. All drink items listed on the “Drink Menu” are subject to change and beer and wine selection is approximate. Drink flavors and styles may change without notice and may run out as each day goes on. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee that any one flavor, style or brand advertised prior to the Event will be available.  Ticket price does not include the guarantee of an autograph.  Tables and chairs are on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee of a table or chair with the purchase of a ticket. Beware of “driving while intoxicated laws” and plan accordingly. Please drink responsibly.

 

By utilizing this ticket or entering onto the grounds of the Event, ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including the risk of being injured by any food, drink, exhibit, tent, building (or chattels), Show Management, exhibitor in the Event, staff member of Trigger Agency, subcontracted worker or by another ticket holder, or performer.   As a ticket holder, you release The Trigger Agency, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, the Event, the facility and staff where the Event is being held, Event sponsors, vendors and volunteers, participating exhibitors and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities arising out of such cases. Ticket holder grants permission to Trigger Agency to utilize their image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event. You agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or reproduction of the Event, without the specific advance written permission of the Trigger Agency.

Standard Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased online, this ticket is the property of the owner and cannot be traded for anything other than valid entry into the ticketed event. No refunds will be issued for tickets, for any reason. Ticket s may be transferred to other persons or other events. Management reserves the right to refuse and or suspend admission to any event where the ticket holder’s behavior is not acceptabile to Show Management.


Standard Terms & Conditions of Merchandise Returns
All merchandise should be returned in new condition, in original boxes, with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on personalized items, custom wine cellars, custom wine racks, cooling units, audiovisual products (CDs, DVDs, etc.), computer software, books, food, or plants. Shipping is refunded only if items were personalized incorrectly in production, the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all free-standing wine cellars, wine racks, large furniture pieces, and cooling units, pre-payment will be required, and a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations or returns.

 
 
Warranties

Many products sold by Trigger Agency come with a limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer. While Trigger Agency attempts to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers. Trigger Agency makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. Trigger Agency shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by Trigger Agency or its affiliated associated companies.
